Stress creeps up on you. One day you think everything is good and you can do all the things you need to do, then doubt creeps in, and you think you don’t have enough time or resources or people are asking too much. And instead of doing what you can, you start to think about what you cannot do, and then it gets worse and worse.
Always relax, take a deep breath. As long as you are trying, you’re doing OK.
